2025 Supplement to the CAUT Advisory on Travel to the United States

Given the rapidly evolving political landscape in the United States and reports of individuals encountering difficulties crossing the border, CAUT has issued a supplement to its 2019 and 2005 travel advisory. This is the third in the series of Negotiation Briefs in which we share extracts from the TFA arbitration briefs that were submitted to the Arbitrator during the last round of Collective Bargaining, which commenced in April 2023 and concluded with an arbitration award in July 2024.
